Gods, I had a day yesterday.
First, the exciting adventure of trying to get onto Redstone. It was painless, for the most part (thankfully my nerves were unfounded), though I did find out that my car insurance cards were all expired. Grah, must go get a new one from mom before tomorrow. I'm going to be very paranoid on that base though, and actually drive speed limits and such. No friggin' clue WHY I'm so paranoid there, but I just am. My teacher is a good guy though, even if his voice is the sleep-hypnosis kind. Definitely going to have to remember to have sugar nearby for this class, I'm gonna need it.
Next, Kroger's - always fun! I was an hour nad a half late, thanks to John scheduling me during class hours, and they wanted to know if I wanted to stay and make up the time. Don't know why, as it would have kept me there until 11.30, but after talking with management, I got off at my scheduled 10pm. Cripes, that reminds me I have to call in before I leave today - I get to be 2 hours late today, because my Western Civ class lets out at 8pm tonight. Stupid, stupid person not listening to my school schedule.
When I got home, I was welcomed by people being at the apartment. Being tired and hungry, this wasn't an immediate good thing, though later on Ryan and I got to talk one-on-one and it turns out I'm NOT, in fact, going to get killed by him for my little stunt. Severely punished, yes, killed no. This eases my mind a bit, and I was in a really good mood for the rest of the night. Watched my Escaflowne disc as well too, and finished up some scrap pictures that have been sitting in my sketchbook since Sunday. Still need to scan stuff, though... I might try to get around to that later tonight/tomorrow, so I can atleast update my DA account soon.
Those were the highlights of yesterday anyway... Today I have to leave early for class (again) so I can go get my school account checkbook from Mom's house so I can buy my books for class tonight. I also need to try and see if there is an insurance card there so I WON'T get in trouble at the Redstone Gate tomorrow...
